Phanger shipping policy

• Order processing times. Usually orders are handled within 24 hours and being dispatched latest 48 hours after the order (payment included). Within Germany the parcel will be send via DHL for orders above 100€.  For EU + World we use "Deutsche Post (DHL)" with secured tracking ID for orders above 100€. Orders below 100€ will be dispatched without secured tracking ID. 
• Domestic and international shipping options. Products from Phanger should be available for all men around the world hence we ship world wide free (without any extra charges) to customers anywhere. 
• Shipping costs. Are already in the price of the products included
• Local delivery options. If you want Express Shipment you can write me a mail for extra charge this is possible. 
• Order tracking details. Every order above 100€ is secured with DHL Tracking ID. This tracking ID will be send to the customer directly after the item has been dispatched.
